Saturday, Emily and Christian had their very first football games!!! Ian got off work early so he wouldn't miss it and even Uncle Kris and Aunt Monika came before they had to leave. Both teams won! Emily's team started off really well, then the other team got a touchdown and took the lead, but at the last minute... we scored!! Christian's team was just on it. :))

It kept them all busy for hours.. We did the experiments in them and they liked them so much, we ended up going to get the Highlights Magazine too. I think we may do a subscription. It teaches them things and they're learning while having fun! Even Christian helped out with some of the problems in the magazines. I believe Books A Million is my new favorite place. I have been there 3 times in 2 days!
Last but not least, we finished off the day with homemade white chocolate covered strawberries! Yumm!
These past few days have been so much fun. Yesterday, Kris and Monika came over and we all went to O'Charleys, Marble Slab, and the park. The kids had a blast. I think that was the longest I've ever stayed at the park. We were probably there close to 2 hours!
This was the road on the way to take the kids to school this morning. It was so hard to see anything! I've never seen so much fog before.
I went to Target today and they had so much cute stuff!! I ended up with a pair of jeans, 3 sweaters, and a tank for under the sweaters. :))
Emily has been working very hard with her cheer leading. I am very proud of her. ...And it makes me feel not so bad about spending almost $300 on it. Lol.. when I signed her up, I didn't realize she would need a bag, hair bows, wind suit, etc. on top of the $125 to sign up. I don't mind though.. her and Christian both deserve it.

The kids have been so excited, because UNCLE KRIS AND AUNT MONIKA ARE COMING!!!! Haha. The last time we got to see them was September 2010. I was pregnant so this is the first time they've met Ever. I have to say Ever warmed up really fast to them. In no time, she was running around just like everyone else. I was so proud of all my kids. For the most part, they didn't fight for attention or act too crazy. :) Emily and Aunt Monika did "girl stuff" and Gabe, Christian, and Uncle Kris did "boy stuff" as the kids called it. Ever just ran back and forth with everyone. I wish they lived closer. Emily and Monika are so sweet together! Emily loves her soooo much and vice versa. It'll probably be the hardest on Emily when they leave, but hopefully she can go visit them at their house soon! That would be so cool for her. Today, they're coming to play with the kids again and taking them for ice cream.. YUMM!!! Last night, just the grown ups went to Outback and Kris treated us to my birthday dinner. It was so good and the company was wonderful! It felt strange with out any children though.. too quiet! I can't believe how much of an old person I am..I didn't even order a drink or want one.. haha. My birthday drink was sweet tea!!! :)) And yes they came out with ice cream and did the happy birthday thing... Lol.

Our plans were cancelled last night so we ended up taking the kids to Chuck E Cheese! It was so much fun..
It was really fun, but they've gone a little crazy on their pricing! $45 for one pizza and 100 tokens is a little nuts. Chuck E walked through the crowd at one point and started throwing free tickets in the air. :) Andddd... I won 125 on a jackpot lol.

Today was a fun day! Finally got everything Christian needed for football and did a trade on Emily's Halloween costume. It's soooooo stinkin cute! And I'm feeling much better already!!
